Refund Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

To start a return, please email us at [your@email.com] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
